Our Mace is carefully separated by hand and slow-dried to preserve its warm, slightly sweeter and more nuanced character compared to nutmeg. It is prized in Mughal-style kormas, creamy soups, béchamel, mulled wines, and European-style pastries. A rare gem from the same tree, with a flavour complexity that elevates every dish it touches.
