Our Green Cardamom is grown at high altitudes in the cardamom hills of Idukki, Kerala, where cool mists and volcanic soil create uniquely fragrant pods bursting with cineole-rich essential oils. Harvested by hand before the pods split open, each pod retains its vibrant green colour and intoxicating floral-citrus aroma. Indispensable in Indian chai, kheer, biryanis, and sweets — and equally at home in Scandinavian pastries, Turkish coffee, and artisan cocktails. A single pod is enough to perfume an entire pot.
