1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using spiceking.farm ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SpiceKing, operated from Idukki, Kerala, India.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order is the price you will be charged.
• Product images are representative; actual colour, packaging size, or appearance may vary slightly due to our farm-sourced nature and packaging constraints.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions, weights, or nutritional information are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• We accept payments via CCAvenue, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
• SpiceKing does not store any card details. All payment data is handled by CCAvenue's PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Delhivery. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, natural events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on spiceking.farm — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SpiceKing and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpiceKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Idukki, Kerala, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
